I am also honored to work alongside my son, Richard, who goes by Reason. He is the newest addition to the team and enjoys working with people. He is the Founder/CEO of the LEAP Organization, which is a non-profit organization that provides housing to low income single parents as well as mentoring, tutoring, and scholarships for students. On the personal side, Renita and I have a daughter, Ruby, who recently graduated from Stanford University in California. We are also the proud grandparents of two grandsons—Jaylen & Trevon—who are truly a blessing.
